- DESIRED SKILLS
- Prior janitorial experience or experience with commercial flooring
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- Background check clearance
- JOB DUTIES
- Operate commercial cleaning equipment including high wet and dry vacuums and floor scrubbers
- Clean carpets, strip/wax/buff hard surface floors
- Travel locally to customer job sites in company vehicle to complete scheduled work orders
- Perform floor care and maintenance duties in a variety of settings such as offices, mills, plants, hospitals, schools and more
