An optional benefit. You may elect Accident coverage which pay sin the event of hospital confinement resulting from an accident.
You may elect STD coverage which helps provide income for up to 26 weeks in the event you become unable to work for a short period of time due to an injury or disability.
All full-time employees are enrolled automatically to receive $15,000 Life and AD&D coverage. The Company pays 100% of this cost.
Training is always fully paid. Whether you’re in our training center, taking an online class on behalf of a customers, or if you’re working side by side with one of our trainings, you’re on the click and will be paid at full rate.
You begin earning PTO on day one and are eligible to use it after 60 days of employment. It’s based on hours work. Generally, a 40-hour per week employee earns 13 or more PTO days per year.
Eligibility occurs after one year of employment with 1,000+ hours. A discretionary Company match is made annually.
