Jack’s is MUCH more than “just janitorial” services.  In fact, we have three divisions that serve our customers as a one-stop shop.  (Click the Learn More buttons above for more info.)  We’re nearly 400 employees strong, so we’re big enough to always be looking for talented people that want to grow with us.

You bet!  We promote dozens of qualified team members every year to positions like Building Lead, Elite Service Rep, Crew Lead, District Supervisor and more.  Nearly all of our management and even executives started as Custodians, so if you’ve got the drive and commitment, we’ve got a path for you.

Yes.  You begin earning Paid Time Off (PTO) on your first day of work and can start using it after 60 days of eligible employment.  PTO is based on hours worked, so whether you work part time or full time, you still earn PTO benefits!
